Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases on The Founders' Stack are final. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

The Founders' Stack is a digital platform. When you purchase a subscription, you receive immediate, full access to all tools included in your plan — CapLab, TermLab, VCLab, RadarLab, PitchLab, DDLab, and The Psyche suite.

Because access is delivered instantly and in full, we are unable to "un-deliver" the service once a payment has gone through. For the same reason that a downloaded software product can't be returned, we cannot issue refunds once access has been granted.

This isn't a punitive policy — it's simply the nature of instant digital delivery. We're transparent about it upfront so there are no surprises.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is immediate — no forms, no waiting period.

For annual plans: cancelling your annual subscription stops the renewal at the end of the year. The current annual period is not refundable in full or in part. You keep access for the full year you paid for.

If you're unsure whether The Founders' Stack is right for you, we recommend starting on a monthly plan so you can evaluate at a lower commitment before switching to annual.

4. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered at the time of your signup, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your card is only charged after the trial ends and you continue with a paid plan.

To avoid any charge, cancel before the trial period ends. Trial cancellation is instant and no payment will be taken.

5. When We Will Investigate

Our policy is no-refunds, but we take billing errors seriously. We will review your case if:

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly once we hear from you.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Any changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. This policy does not apply retroactively — purchases made before a change remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
