Accounts and service use

Terms of Use

Effective: 2 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-02

1. The service and its owner

The Founders’ Stack is owned and operated by Ashish Kulkarni, an individual operating from India. These Terms govern your account and use of the tools and previews at thefoundersstack.com. The Founders’ Stack and Founders’ Psyche are service names; they do not identify an incorporated company.

You can contact Ashish at ashish@founderspsyche.com. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. Optional email subscriptions are a separate choice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Use only accounts, workspaces and information you are authorised to access. You remain responsible for decisions made using your account and for checking recipient permissions before sharing.

Some features require a free account; others require paid access, credits, an invitation or an eligible incubator relationship. Creating an account does not grant every feature. An account can be created and previews used without choosing optional marketing emails.

3. Previews, calculations and AI output

A preview shows a limited part of a tool. Its page describes the available scenario, records or allowance. Examples and sample data are labelled. A preview is not a full review of your startup unless it explicitly analyses your own submitted information.

Calculations depend on your inputs and the assumptions displayed. AI output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify factual statements, arithmetic, legal terms and sources before acting. Investor matches do not establish an investor’s current interest, available capital or willingness to invest. We do not promise funding, introductions, replies, a particular valuation or another business outcome.

The service supplies educational and planning tools. It does not replace advice from a qualified legal, financial, tax, investment or healthcare professional. Psychology assessments are subject to their own notices and are not clinical diagnoses.

4. Your inputs, saved work and sharing

You retain your rights in information and materials you submit. You authorise the processing needed to operate the feature you request, including storing saved work, producing calculations or output, and sending relevant input to the providers described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your confidential business material to us.

Do not upload information you lack authority to use or disclose. Review generated content before sending or publishing it. Shared links, team access and incubator settings can make selected material available to others. Revoking future access cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or messages already delivered.

5. Mailboxes and other integrations

You choose whether to connect a mailbox or another service. Authorisation screens explain provider access. Review the selected account, recipients, message and intended action before enabling a sending or automated workflow. Providers may impose limits, change access, require reauthorisation or reject an operation.

Disconnecting a provider affects future access; it does not unsend a delivered message. A tool notification or provider acceptance alone is not a guarantee of recipient delivery. Use the applicable review and status controls.

6. Acceptable use and platform materials

Do not use the platform to access another person’s private work, bypass access or usage limits, send unlawful or unwanted messages, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit malicious content, or interfere with service security. Access to a preview is not permission to copy the investor directory or harvest contacts in bulk.

Platform software, branding and editorial materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use tool results for your lawful business purposes, subject to any identified third-party rights. You must independently check that externally sourced or AI-generated material is suitable for your intended use.

7. Purchases, credits and cancellation

Before payment, the checkout and applicable plan identify the price, currency, included access, billing term and any renewal arrangement. Preview access is not an automatic purchase. We do not charge for a paid service merely because you create a free account or choose optional emails.

Credits and sponsored access are governed by the allowance and expiry displayed for the relevant plan or invitation. Cancellation and billing support are available through the relevant account controls or by emailing Ashish. Refund requests are considered under the Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us about duplicate charges, an incorrect purchase or access not delivered as described. An inquiry or exercise of lawful payment-dispute rights is not itself misuse.

8. Availability, changes and account closure

We may change tools, fix errors, carry out maintenance or adjust preview offerings. Material changes to paid access will be communicated as appropriate, subject to applicable law and the purchase terms. Providers and network conditions can affect availability. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free output.

We may restrict access where reasonably needed to investigate misuse, protect others, comply with law or address security risks. You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy, including applicable retention and existing shared copies.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

You are responsible for checking inputs and results and deciding whether to act on them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on unverified output, independently changing assumptions or an external provider’s action outside our control. These provisions do not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply where you live. No provision requires you to waive a statutory complaint, consumer or privacy right. Please contact Ashish first so we can try to resolve a service issue; this does not prevent you from using lawful remedies.

10. Updates and contact

We will make updated Terms available with a version and communicate material changes appropriately. Where renewed acceptance is required, it will be requested. Changes do not retroactively erase rights relating to an earlier purchase or valid privacy choice.
